Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after your payment has been successfully received.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
  • If there is a delay in processing your order, you will be notified via email as soon as possible.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer several shipping options to suit your needs. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier delays.

  • Standard Shipping (US & Canada): 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (Within Canada): 2-3 business days
  • International Shipping: 6-23 business days

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, delivery location, and selected shipping method. We offer free standard shipping on orders over CA$150, excluding taxes and fees.

Please Note: Duties, taxes, and other customs fees are not included in the price of your order or shipping costs.

International Shipping

We do offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary based on your location. Customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package's status and estimated delivery date.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently only ship to addresses within Canada, United States and Australia.
  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Missing or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at info@luvellecollectionsco.com. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please note that claims for lost or damaged items must be made within 3 days from the expected delivery date.

Address Changes

Once your order has been processed, we cannot modify the shipping address. Please double-check your address before completing the checkout process to avoid delays.
