Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. *we will not accept any returns that do not meet these requirements*

• Due to health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept opened or worn lingerie items. we only accept returns on panties with hygiene strip attached.

Return Period:

• You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

•You are responsible for any shipping fees. 

• We suggest sending your return with a trusted courier service who will provide you with a tracking number, as we are not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

• We are unable to accept any returns after 14 days.

Refund Process:

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

• Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges:

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
